Judgement from lower court judge w.r.t the eviction of our tenants.

- No rebuttal evidence is present . There after Ld counsel for the petitioner has closed the rebuttal evidence vide a separate statement. Now to come up on after lunch break for arguments. - Arguments heard. Vide my separate judgement of even date, the petition of the petitioner is dismissed with costs. Memo of cost be prepared accordingly. File be consigned to record room after due compliance. Above is the judgement delivered by the judge w.,r,t to our case asking our tenants to be evicted who are illegally occupying our legitimate house, even with out paying any rent for the last 3/4 years. Proof of commercial activities have been provided, proof of the tenants having another house is provided. But still this kind of harsh order from the judge? we are at a fix as to what went wrong.
