Jaipur Development Authority illegal demolition what can be done

Last year I got a notice under Sec 32 for parking shed. I replied their notice. After that no reply or notice is given by JDA. And after three months parking shed was demolished by JDA using JCB. My points are 1. Our building with three floor having two flat each floor (front and backside), and one basement on 300 yard area. This building has no stilt parking and not approved by JDA. 2. This building is constructed by illegal Nexus between JDA inspecting agency and builder. 3. I am living at first floor front side. A iron parking shed is developed to protect the car from sun and rain etc. Which is all side open. 4. Complain is filed by a persons whose flat is in stilt parking area and a person whose flat is in backside with complete violation of building setback norms. 5. My question is if all others are illegal then why notice is not given to others. 6. I filed complain on government portal but JDA answer is irrelevant. 7. What action can I take against JDA

this is very common problem in our country that a difference in behaviour meted out by government officials . It is also true that you have faulted by doing some sort of encroachment but JDA should have given you reply apart from that other people who have develped illegally any construction that should have been demolished , you can file an application for differentiation done and at the same time RTI can be filed to ensure demolition of other illegal structures.
