Is there any law which prevents neighbors can not disturb other neighbor with high TV/music system sound at any time.
yes you have remedy under civil as well as criminal act under which you can stop your neighbour to play high volume. Firstly you can make a complaint to police. You can file your complaint before the magistrate under noise control pollution act. You can also file civil suit by first sending legal notice and then filing the suit for injunction and also suit for damages,
