is temple Marriage legal under hindu law

I want to marry a girl ...she's already ready for that. But she dnt agree for registerd marriage like court or arya samaj marriage... She ready for the temple marriage only. I just want to know that is that temple marriage is legal for after any problem created by there famliy or mine family.? If we marry in temple with the withness of our in front of camera recording and all... .is that legal ?
if marriage is "saptpadi" with rituals in presence of witnesses from both sides (groom & bride). It shall be valid & legal. Now every marriage is to be registered. for registration pandit who performed marriage ceremony & witnesses' affidavits shall be required. If parents are not agreeable registration shall be done after 30 days notice. If you don't register marriage, you may face several consequences afterwards.
