Is sales promotion with bumper lucky draw legal

Hi I am planning to put a jeans sale in Karnataka Bangalore or mysore and offering on purchase of each jeans value at 1300rs giving coupons for lucky draw bumper prize Yamaha Ray Z R scooter. This exhibition is for 30 days and after the 30th day we will draw and hand over the prize to lucky winner . Is this type of sales promotion is legal or comes under any unfair trade practices. If yes the. I will stop this idea
In my opinion it is not illegal. So many companies are doing the same to attract the customers.
It is only a sales promotion, you are not cheating any body.
So in my opinion it is not illegal. If you failed to do as per your scheme, any one of the customer may file a cause under the consumer act for playing unfair trade practice.
