Is repeated adjournment allowed at the stage of final hearing on main petition in Karnataka protection of interest of Depositors in financial establishment act 2004 and 2006
sir, as per law, only three times the court can give the adjournment in all proceeding. In case if there is that much necessary for time/adjournment, the reason of the adjournment should be informed to the court by written formate by way of affidavit along with application.
You have the liberty to object the unnecessary adjournment at the time of final hearing.
