Is principle of private school capable to deny hall ticket for 12 exam

CAN A PRINCIPAL OF PRIVATE SCHOOL AFFILIATED TO CBSE DENY HALL TICKET TO MY SON FOR APPEARING IN CLASS XII EXAM IF I HAVE FAILED IN PRE-BOARD EXAM BUT MY ATTENDANCE IS 90.06%

It depends on the norms of CBSE, if it's the case of failing in preboard then the school can detain the candidate but we can demand for one more chance before board exam. On any other grounds principal is not eligible to deny for hall ticket.

Legally principal had no right to deny hall ticket to any one until and unless there is any rules/procedure prescribed by the CBSE, as far as I know the board had no such rules, the affiliated college had to follow the rules as prescribed by CBSE

But as this had occurred with you then surely you have to take a sensitive action against the principal for his arbitrariness,
spare the matter as soon as possible, Because it is a matter subject to the betterment of your son`s life.
