Is it legal to make a video on National Anthem

We were planning to make a video portraying funny situations that arise when people stand up impulsively as the national anthem plays out of the blue. For instance, a guy stands up and the burger he was eating falls from his hands. Is it legal or does it violate any law related to the national anthem?

In fact there is no such law frames the punishment or violation but the intention can be measured of the person towards the feeling for the Nation , earliers we use to be focused for our limited zone due to lack of opportunity of communication among the public where as as on date all types of tools are available so the main issues are that is it legal or not , so personally My view is that the focus of the National anthem always must be inspiring each other for betterment let someone oppose than also we must respect it forever.

As per the law and latest supreme court judgement of 2016 , the national anthem cannot be used commercially for profit directly or indirectly by anyone .It cannot be used improperly or misused or ridiculed or used disrespectfully .
