Is a 10 year old marriage without proof a valid marriage ?

i maried a girl in 14 feb 2007 in a temple without any proof ..she was with me only for one night and she return home with promise to come back next day with her lagguage.. she pronised to wait but she didnt back..i contact her but she didnt come...in 2008 dec she married with a old guy without any function in socity(hidden marrige) in 2012 i got her address but she told her husband i am harrasing her.... i have no hope except suicide.i did not marry again.we both was hindu

Which temple you having marriage with that girl. If it is Arya samaj Mandir than hopefully they have your marriage registration there in Arya samaj Mandir. Or if you not going in Arya samaj Mandir or no any photographs of marriage than your marriage is null and void. Not a valid marriage.
