Installation of mobile tower in front of window against will

I live in a cooperative building in Kolkata. The residents of this cooperative have opted to install a mobile tower in the building by majority vote. We were against this decision. Now they have installed a tower just in front of my window which is obstructing the view.
Can i have the work stalled by a stay order/ have it shifted ? Do i have a valid case?
Once again i will state that this property, is under Greenland Cooperative society, West Bengal. We own the flat with all legal papers.
yes , it can be shifted . There are guidelines of central as well as the state goverment. Harmfull rays comes out from the towers which is bad for your health and which even causes cancer. To get rid of this situation you can file a Writ in the High Court.
