Injunction Order to avoid any interference in construction

Hello Sir/Madam, Hello Sir/Madam, Currently am staying in my own house built(only ground floor) with approval from the BBMP(Bruhuth Bangalore Mahanagar Palike). The approval had been taken for 2 floors(Ground +1) in 2009, but I constructed only ground floor. Now I want to construct 2 floors(1st+2nd floor) and the BBMP has stopped giving new/renewal of the approvals despite Supreme court has squashed all cases from farmers in the litigation and has told the current owners are the legal owners. Now I want to start the construction without the approval and would like to know If I can get an injunction in advance against anyone who will pose an objection to stop my construction activity. You are not supposed to construct any building without approval of its plan by appropriate authorities. Here, as you say, BBMP is the authority and therefore, you must have valid approval from BBMP before you construct any building - residential or commercial. You cannot get an injunction in any court of law in this regard.
