As per the new Benami Act, specifically, Section 65 of the new Act, any benami related matter pending before any forum except for the High Court is to be transferred to the newly appointed adjudicating authority.

In view of the above, your matter pending before the High Court would continue to be heard by the High Court.

sir kindly tell me the details of the case and regarding the nature of the case since there was already a benami transaction act prevailing in our country now this new act has taken over the old act and the transactions done prior to the coming in force of the act are also to some extent covered under the same.

Status of your pending benami property case will be confirmed once the new benami act 2016 comes in.
