Hi
You should file a complaint with the Pollution control board or District Collector advising them to restrain the industry from releasing waste water.
If both the pollution control board and district collector fail to act on your complaint , you can approach the HIgh court under Article 226 asking the court to issue orders restraining the industry from releasing waste water.

Hello,

Approach the jurisdictional civil court and file permanent injunction suit against the industry and pray that the industry may be restrained to release the waste in your locality. Along with that, file a temporary injunction petition for immediately directing the industry to stop the industry from release the waste as the permanent injunction may take some time to get disposed off. This may help.
