Inconvenience caused due to illegal bakery in neighborhood

we are residents of behind lal mandir area, baljeet nagar, here is an illegal bakery shop in residential area with no proper ventilation n using a big machinery for roasting or cooking purposes which works on diesel, in turn gives all the foul smell out to us, casing us alot problems in breathing, sometimes severe headache too. they do not proper food lisence, ive complaint many times but no action was taken, hope so this time something will happen.
