Illegal building constructed by builder without permission

I am a resident of kurla, Mumbai. On our chawl builder has constructed illegal building and we have alloted 17 feets height and we have constructed 1 house in that space but now tha son of landlord is asking for money to give new bill of that house otherwise he is just including the new house amount in that old house bill only, can i do something to sort out this issue, please someone help.
You can approach both the civil as well as consumer court regarding this issue and file proceedings against them also please see what written agreement between you subsists as it will be very difficult to prove oral agreement of the same in the court. please visit your local lawyer for further advice.
