I want to know the procedure in getting Order Copy

Hello sir, My father filed a case in district Munsif court for a land related issue on 2003. After 2009 we have not followed the case status. Now i checked the status of the case in online. It is saying the 'CONTESTED- DISPOSED' on 2012-Jan-04. How to get the Judgement copy from the court. Please let know the procedure for this > Thanks.
You should first contact the advocate who conducted the case. He would apply for the certified copy for you. If you are not aware of your advocate details you have to put a petition stating reasons why you need and circumstances along with copy application. If the case is ordered by any court which has been digitized you could get copy from ecourts website itself.

Hi, if the case is disposed, please file a copy application for obtaining a certified order copy from the court upon paying the prescribed fee (there is a fee for obtaining the order copy from the court). Do approach your lawyer for the same.
