You can contact a lawyer and move and application for discharge of guarantee before the appropriate court, stating your reasons. It isnt something that you should be scared of. Its an easy procedure and wont take much hearings.

Hello,

In this case you will have to approach the court with the notice to determine the guarantee. The same should be done by an advocate in your presence before the Hon'ble Court where the matter is listed and if you are thinking that the party is now turning out to be negligent you are advised to move the application immediately.
