How to take action against neighbors for causing nuisance

Hi, My neighbour has shifted our water moter from the building to out side gate. Earlier when building was made, it was mutually agreed that all the water moters will be placed underneath the ground floor's stairs but now after 4-5 year they moved the moters outside gate when only my ill (got brain hemorrhage 3 months ago) father was at home. Please suggest what should i do now. Thanks in advance.

You can file a complaint against your neighbors for public nuisance before appropriate authority. Shifting of a water motor from one place to another is not a legal dispute as such. You should talk to your neighbors and try to resolve it amicably.

You can file a complaint to the SDM of your area for public nuisance under Sec 133 Crpc.
The SDM wilĺ call your neighbour and case will proceed.
He may inspect site also.
