How to sue for unfair practices by school

03-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
The Central Model School are not following NCERT books defined by CBSE. They have designed there own syllabus and charge 500 times more than the NCERT books. For class III there are 23 books more than 260 lessons. Kids are also always in great pressure. However there is clear guidelines from CBSE that no private school can teach any other syllabus other than recommended by CBSE. What to do please suggest.
