The right to form association is constitutionally guaranteed. One cannot stop that. however if you can show that the organisation formed is acting illegally or in any way to the detriment of the organisation then you may push for their derecognition.

If they Registered their Organisation then there is no problem for collect subscription from the people. And also there is no problem if an Non-Registered Organisation can collect subscription from the people. There are several Organisation which was established after breaking from the Main Sources. And all the newly Organisation have same right as enjoying the Old one. Here the Law is same. Therefore, new organisation shall have every right to collect the subscription from the public even from you, if the Public give them subscription, then there is no bar at all.

MY OPINION THAT if your organization is the organized Caste and registered before & as well as it is accepted in all India, then if another forum in the same caste is established then it is legally tenable, you should move legally against, you have ample legal scope.
