How to restore eviction of house dismissed for default in 2008

Need legal advise on November Execution Suit filed in Execution MUNSIFF Court of Civil court Patna for eviction of a house was Dismissed for Default in 2008 which was later on could not be pursued due to several domestic or other reasons. Is there any recourse or way out for its restoration?
You can appeal in the higher court against the order of the civil court. But the appeal has to be made within the limitation period.
