Post partition equal amount of property transfer to my grand father in india. My grand father had 2 sons and 2 daughters after he past away - property was equally divided between 2 brothers and their sister transferred their deeds in both brothers name in person at registrar's office. Now my father transferred same property in brother's name and other 2 sisters has no objection but i need my share - is it this considers as ancestral property? please advices

Well you have chance under the amendment of 2005 where women have been equal right in property.

Ur father could only transfer his hare .

Go to civil court for having ur share of property and stop further alienation or transfer.

On the information provided by you, on the face of it, that property does not fall in the domain of ancesteral property. rest depend upon the documents relating to that property. You have to consult with the lawyer personally.
