How to resolve issue regarding identity proof

hellos sir/madam. Got married 7 years back and now my husband was expired one year back. Unfortunately I did not change my voter ID father name into husband name. Now when i went to tahasildar office and when he asked me to show my id so i saw my id but he told me your husband name is not here. SO how could u believe you are his wife. WHat to do? I saw my marriage invitation card, Affidavid from Executive magistrate, marriage photo to tahasildar but he never accept it when i went to drop my mutation case that was applied my inlaws without my knlowedge, which one my husband's self accuqired property in my husband's name only. Everything about to drop but last moment he asked me to show the id proof , when i saw my voter id. He dd not accept it. WHat to do??
Have you any children . If yes then educational certificate and birth certificate reflect your name. Mor over you challenge the mutation proceeding and file case for succession certificate which will help you

If it is so kindly produce the death certificate of your husband along with an affidavit and open a bank account in your name stating your name w/o your husband's name. This will help you as a proof of identity and address proof. It will b easy on your part.
