How to register a case in Delhi against one of my properties in Bihar

I have one property in Bihar on my grand father's name. But this plot in under lot off dispute from starting almost 40 years because on this plot my grand father's younger brother had claimed n now his sons are constructing a home on this. I m living in Delhi so to go bihar n fight from Bihar in not feasible for me. So can I register a case in court in Delhi n get stay orders? Kindly suggest ASAP.
You cannot file a case in Delhi without any cause of action. There is no jurisdiction of Delhi.. Only for your comfort you cannot file case in Delhi. Jurisdiction is only in Bihar and case can be filed only there.
