How to quash petition for compromise as the respondent misbehaved

I given my statement in favour of quash petition. In police record ipc 376, 420 are acceptable. Still case in not on trial nor the charges jeet is filled. After giving my concern in high court the guy abused me and did mischief behaviour. Now I don't want compromise. I want to get his quash petition reject. Do guide me, I need help.

As the petition under section 482 of criminal procedure code has been filed. And you don't want to compromise now. As the statement is recorded you can withdraw the statement on the next date of hearing before the court stating the reason and you can proceed further in the case

though you have done wrong without understanding a person and favored quash petition but yes if you want it can be opened again you need to give an affidavit in court and illustrating circumstances under which you were compelled to give such statements.
