How to prove anal penetration and filing complaint is necessary?

My husband did unnatural sex with me in just three months of marriage which i opposed many times , but he did it 3 times with me. Now its over 4 months I m in my mother's home due to his cruel nature. Can I go for a medical test before filing a case under section 377? Is it necessary to prove penetration or any injury has to be there for proving authenticity of anal intercourse? Where can I go for such medical testing in Delhi or gzb? Is only filing a complaint is necessary in police or do I need to prove it? Is medical examination after 5 months reveal anything on anal penetration?
First of all please go for medical test to any good gyanaecologist and because I cannot give medical advice to you. Doctor is right person who can tell you whether after 5 months it will reveal anything or not. On the other hand, please go to police station in your area and file a FIR there. Or, you can opt for direct complaint to court of law then they will take cognizance of the matter. But yes, as you must know there must some documentary evidence such as doctor's advice or treatment or prescription alongwith your statement to prove your matter. Yes penetration is necessary to prove carnal intercourse.

Medical examination is necessary in such cases. Do you wish to file a case for divorce or just 377? If you wish to continue your marital bond then try resolving your issue amicably.
