How to proceed with selling of property in brother's name

29-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Respected Sir/ Madam, I want to sell my property to my brother. But the buyer (brother) is not willing to pay for stamp and registration fees. He is telling that he will deduct the money from the set forth value which he will give me. I don't want that. What to do? And how to sell the property?

Hello,

You can sell the property be means of a "Sale deed". Go to the registration office along with the stamp deed and register your document.

If your brother is not willing to buy the property and pay the requisite fee, then you should consider selling to another buyer.

You give the property to your brother through the way of execution of settlement deed and it will automatically minimize the stamp and registration fees unlike the execution of sale deed and you are able to opt release deed when compare with sale deed.
