How to proceed when a holiday on first hearing of case?

Hello , its depend upon strength of trial of the case is pending before the Ld. Court in which court trial is fix and on the basis that the court cause diary date is fixed for hearing , or you may appeal before superior court for speedy disposal of case .

if the date fixed falls on a holiday, u can get the next date of the case from the cause list available in the Court room. u have to check the next date from the cause list or ask the court officer of the court as to when is the next date

For that I have to see where the case is filed. Generally when a case is filed, if the first date is a holiday, the case is automatically accommodated with another date.
