How to obtain Judgement and Order Copy

I'm a woman senior citizen and I had filed the P&SC case for my son's liquid assets (Mutual fund, fixed deposits, bank account etc) who passed intestate. My daughter in law was other legal heir and was the other party. We reached a compromise in the court and the court has passed the judgement based on the compromise in the city civil court. an lawyer has also applied for succession certificate and he has collected it. My lawyer told me that the fees for the entire case would be 2 lacs and I had paid 1 lac as advance during the beginning of the case. Now that the case is resolved and the original order copy and succession certificate is issued by the court, my lawyer has collected all the originals. This lawyer is now blackmailing and extorting that I pay a percentage of the share as his fees which was not agreed or discussed. What are my options and what should be next option? How can i get order copy and succession certificate ?
