How to move case ahead if judges are not in court

Hi
There is civil case filed in civil court in Hyderabad about 2 years back.The lawyer says judges are not there.What to do in such cases.This is regarding vacating a tenant who is illegal occupant
you can file a writ petition in high court seeking to transfer of the case to other court or you can also file a an application to the principal district judge or principal metropolitan magistrate seeking such transfer
