How to move case ahead if judges are not in court

Hi There is civil case filed in civil court in Hyderabad about 2 years back.The lawyer says judges are not there.What to do in such cases.This is regarding vacating a tenant who is illegal occupant

you can file a writ petition in high court seeking to transfer of the case to other court or you can also file a an application to the principal district judge or principal metropolitan magistrate seeking such transfer

Not only in your cases there are number cases pending before the Courts from long time for one reason or another. If you have any urgency in your case, it can me mentioned before the In charge court by putting fourth your grievance and your urgency and obtain necessary orders.

It is highly unlikely that the case would not have been listed because of absence of judges.

Our advise to you is to check ecourts website or visit the court and check the records for your self.
