Depends the location of the Entrance & Exit gate of your school. If your society and school is on road and entrance or exit gate doesn't bother to the society than no issue can be there. But if your school is in the society than society may face the nuisance of Auto/Van Drivers and Parents for the pick-up & Drop of their child. Similarly you can discuss with the society president giving assurance for no entry of any Auto/Van or Parents vehicle in society. They can park the vehicles at outside the society. The issue can be amicably solved otherwise you need to mentioned in details from which year you got license and since how long you running the school? Whether the property is owned by you or rented? Have you ever contact society members for the issue?

If you started school in your own residential property then you have to covert your property from residential to commercial.
Once you convert your property then nobody can take objection about your school.

pass a plan of your school as per govt guideline, in your corporation, then get all permission by law, and then start school, for school u have to get your state boards, permission and do many formalities. society issue is last problem. follow all gi\uidelines issue by education minister for open a new school....
