How to initiate partition of ancestral property

29-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
We have as ancestral property, original sale date 1930. Bought by my grand father. I lost my father 18 years ago and my mother 2 years ago. I am the youngest one. I have three elder sister got married in 1991, 2003 and 2005. So far no partition is done by my father. I understand all of my sister including me have equal share(1/4th). I am doing well by god grace and have faith based belief. I want to gift or release my share directly to temple trust which helped during my difficult situations . My questions are 1. What is best and less cost effective process to give my share to temple trust? 2. Is it falls under gift or release ? 3. Is there any issues from sisters preventing giving my share to temple trust? 4. Do I need to execute deed and register? How to get temple trust to get involved in this process ? 5. Am I only required to execute deed of my share or my sisters need to sign too ?

Each divided property gets a new title and each sharer gives up his interest in the property in favour of other sharers.
Therefore, partition is a combination of surrender and transfer of certain rights in the estate except those which are easement in nature.
The transferee can then further deal with the property in any manner as he may so desire. He can sell, transfer, exchange , or gift the property as its absolute owner.

You need to get ur share of property registered in ur name by way of registered partion deed, then u can gift the same to the trust , your sister don't have any right to object the transfer the share .you can gift by a registered gift deed towards the trust.
