How to get stay on domestic violence relife

5th jm court passed a expertee ...order for maintence and residential order dec 2016 but still now I am suffering same problem coz the order is now stay.... how get I relief ??
What is residential order ? Is it restitution of conjugal right ? If yes and if domestic violence continues you better file for a domestic violence case and a divorce case.
This is the only way to end this once and for all.
