How to get stay against proclamation of sale by cooperative bank

Sir, i am defaulter of Rs. 1600000/- of cooperative bank, now, the urban cooperative bank issued proclamation of sale (under rule 63) against me for selling my mortgaged property. can i get stay on this document? if yes, from where?
