How to get spouse details for crpc 125 maintenance case

My wife filed crpc 125 maintenance case. She is living with MIL since 1 year, my MIL has 2 house and gets government pension. My wife is educated M.com and has done ICWA final year. She used to work before marriage and also worked during crpc 125 case but she left job as I gave proof that she is working and asking for maintenance. She keeps my daughter in a daycare even while officially she is not working now. I pay for my daughter's need including school fee. How can I get her wealth details/other incomes like mutual funds, bank FD,etc? Is there anything like RTI to mutual fund house? She has lot of money invested in mutual funds and bank FD , and has multiple bank accounts that she never disclosed to me.
Proof you will in court your wife income. But you couldn't proof his income so court has not presume his income. So court order has passed for maintenance against husband. Otherwise compromised is better solution

You can get the information from i.t. department under rti. If she refuses to share information, I.t. department will not give it to you. But it will help you in the court and court can draw an adverse inference. If she was working and has left the job she may not get the maintenance
