How to get share for my mother's property which is purchased by other

Actually my mothers Property got sale. I dint sign in registration time(8yrs) back.now my brother and mothers are in very bad stage,now can I put case for that property.

If yout mother has sold the self acquired property, you do not have an right over it. If it is an ancestral property, then you can claim for the share in that property.

No, it is your mother self acquired property,you cannot claim your part of share,and your brother and mother bad condition is not cause to put case against the buyer and also after 8 years limitation is over.

As you being a necessary and proper party for the sale deed and to protect your brother and mother, you have to file a case in the civil court claiming your share and with which you may support your family.

Yes, you can file a partition suit and also for cancellation of sale deed before competent court having jurisdiction. If you are not party to the suit then suit for not binding upon the sale deed or for cancellation of sale, but you have to pay the court fee on the sale deed.

Hello, it depends that how the property came to your mother.If that property came to your mother by ancestors then only your mother can sale her share only. If your share is there in that property you can challenge it.. ..
