How to get my court case transferred to a different court?

I have a private company and i have a incorporated licence and i have my head office in one place and i have already registered a case in the place where i have my branch office in another place. So after registering my case at the place where my branch office is located , can i request the comptent court to forward the case in the court where my headoffice is located..

Yes of course..,Section 22 and 23 of CPC confers power of the civil court to transfer suits from one civil court to another on the application of the defendant. Section 22 is the substantive section which confers upon the civil court the power. Section 23 specifies the appropriate court for this purpose.further details contact us thank you

If your head office and Branch office comes within same district then you can file transfer petition before principle district court. If offices are situated in two separate districts of same state, petition may lie to high court of the state. If they are situated in two different states then you have to approach supreme court
