How to get documents of property prior to 1911

I have a case of ancestral property and sir you know that there should be 4 generations undivided in that property if i want to file case in such a way.I have got documents of jamabandi after 1911 or 1912 of property in which only 2 generations are covered so I want documents before 1911 so that I can file case of ancestral property.How to get jamabandi before 1911 because it is unavailable in district departments.Please guide
You shiuld file an right to information application for seeking certified copy of jamabandi before 1911 or any samvat. Once they reply to you that the record of the same is unavailable or weed out u can use this before court saying yhat the property is ancestral one and the record of the property before 1911 samvat is weeded out.

you have not mentioned that in which state / District your case lies and what is the status of present possession of land at the same time you also need to furnish detail that why it is only two generations as from 1911 to till this time there ought to be more than what you have said. there are procedures other than available things in settlement of land dispute conatct with complete details.
