How to get copy of judgment when there was an out of court settlement

Hi, Have below 2 questions, Need help on response. 1. I would like to get the judgement copy from the court, case filed in 1994 at "II Additional Judge City Civil Court", Hyderabad. Out of court settlement was done for this case, Don't have papers on the same. Want to know the procedure to get this virtually as I am not in the city. 2. During the course of settlement, the builder who had breached the agreement / power of attorney had given in writing on the stamp paper and notarized stating certain points in settlement are applicable to the land owner and will be given, failed to give few. Is this document valid?
