How to get back the money after cancellation of compromise

When a compromise is filed infront of court and the aplicant recieved 1.5lakh as condition in the compromise that too infront of court but after 2months he told court that he dont want to do compromise as he he was threatened to do it.... Now when accused asked his money back court asked under which section money should be returned....please tell what to do.
Firstly you have see as to whether Court have passed final order of the compromise? If yes it will be compromise Decree. please tell what is order passed on compromise terms by the Court and stage of the matter ? It will be easier to guide Accordingly.
