How to get a share in ancestral property

Sir my father heve been debarred his legal right on ancestral land by making an inappropriate will and distributing land to the grandsons mischievously in a tricky way. Doing this girl child have also been debarred her right in the Father's property saying being given dowry n gifts at the time of marriage. Though 35 year ago father who distributed land by himself quite fairly but later on will was made mischievously which also stunned the old man but he died soon without correcting the will. Lower courts denied my father n his sister's plea in distt court, matter is now in high Court shimla HP. Pls guide dinesh [email protected]

First engage a good lawyer for that purpose also, you will have to file a partition suit in the civil court as the property is ancestral in nature which means every legal heir inherits equal shares. Also, as the partition was done by a will you will have to prove the will is false, and then initiate criminal proceedings against the wrongdoers.

Let the High court shimla HP will decide the case. The Family Tree & will should be properly checked along with the records at the office. As the matter is already with the High court let the court should take the fair decision.
