I have applied for the housing loan and during the legal verification bank advocate is asking one of the below for the loan processing and since i have the documents from 2008 to till date and don't have any old documents. 1.Anyone's mother document before 2008 -tried couldn't get it. 2.Anyone's patta document before 2008 -tried couldn't get it. 3.Adangal certificate for the old years like in this case before 13 years So, how to get this adangal for the past years in Taluk offices?

do you have the patta for the said property in your name? Patta is in your name for the past 3 years? if you say Yes! then you can apply for adangal copy at local Taluk Office and the same can be get.

You can get the link document copy from the registrar's office by mentioning the document number which can be found in the document of 2008 in your possession.
The present patta in the name of the vendor who sold you the property will have description of how this was transferred to to the vendor.
For adangal certificate you can move an application before the local revenue department/Tahsildar. But for the housing plot you may not get adangal, it shall be for the vacant or agricultural landed property, however you may enquire from the Tahsildar office about it.

Adangal is an ancillary document to patta and insisting for the same is not necessary. As the patta shows the possessory title of a property in hand, chitta and adangal is just an added advantage. When you have produced the most recent patta, chitta and adangal documents in your name. You may request the title scrutinizing advocate to clear the title stating the same is not available with you at this point of time. You may show the settlement A-Register from the concern VAO for proving the devolution and transfer of title.

I do not understand why you have to run around for these things, it is the duty of seller to provide these things and the advocate would have asked for all these things to protect your interest. So ask the seller to do the needful if not
ignore this property and go for some thing else. as the ground rate have gone up all sorts of irregularities have started coming up in real estate so go by what counsel had said or insisted and do not waste time on all these things.
