you may check with Delhi Police website and enter the police station, if charge sheet is filed then you may check with concerned court. Ask a competent lawyer to meet the IO of the case to know the exact status.

What does case status means ??If FIR has been lodged and you have the FIR no then you can go and check it online e-fir is available online.If the offences in FIR are bailable then the accused can get bail from the Police station itself on furnishing bail bond.If its non bailable then anticipatory bail is to be applied for ,if accused not in custody, or else regular bail can be applied.Therefore the status and summons will only reach you after the charge sheet is filed in the court of competent jurisdiction.If not then probably the investigation is pending and police is still in course of investigation U/s 157 crpc therefore after investigation is complete thereon a report u/s 173 crpc is filed in the magesterial court by the I.O then charges are framed and trial commences.This is the case status.
