How to file a DEFAMATION case against someone's behalf

I want to file a case of Defamation against someone on behalf of my parties president.

For filing a case for defamation only the victim has the suo moto before the court as such cases are not in public interest which bars you from filing a PIL and thus, only the president who was defamed by the opposite party may file a police complaint for the same and thereafter setting criminal law in motion.

Venerated Sir,
As per India Law you have right to file a defamation case against anyone except President of India, PM, Vice President, Governor e.t.c for the sake and object of tarnishing your image publicly and also you have right to claim un- liquidated damages against the defamator.
