how to file a case for recovery of money

We are running a interior design company. One of my client has taken our services. It was a fancy hotel and the hotel is in working now. But i have not been paid my payments from the past 1yr. I also have a agreement with the client and all the documents. But now there are just not responding to calls and meetings. Where do i file a case? How to go forward please suggest.

You have to immediately act upon your right to recovery.You have to be very careful that your limitation period for legal action should not be exhausted for the shrewdness of your client. You may immediately contact me for further legal help with all the documents.

You can send a legal notice for recovery of money. If they will not make the payments, you can file a suit for recovery of money by paying required court fees.

Given the claim amount it would be a small claims suit, start with issuing a legal notice.
You will have to file a case after that.
Depending on the terms of the transaction, the appropriate forum would have to be confirmed.
