How to file a case against University for evaluating wrong results

I am a student of the chhatisgarh swami Vivekananda technical University there is so many problems in the results ​for example I want to tell you my friend has got 27 marks out of 80 then he revaluated the result came and his number is decreased 27 to 9 so this was the case I want to case against University.
firstly obtain the answers sheet and model answers of university by filing right to information application.also obtain the copy of standard text material which is the basis of evaluation by the university..if you have the relevant materials then only you can effectively challenge the university action in courts
