How to do the property registration after the Courts order ?

Court has passed order giving me 1/6 share in my father agriculture landproperty after his death.court litigation is complete no stays .how to change rtc of land to my name from brother"s name and register property into my name

If the order is of a civil court then a decree would be drawn up in terms of the judgment of the court. Upon furnishing of the decree, assuming, the judgment is not in appeal and no stay is operating against the judgment, the authorities will carry out the mutation.

Similarly, if it’s an immovable property, it should be transferred and mutated in the name of the beneficiary in the relevant government and/or revenue records depending upon the nature of the property
