How to defend an appeal regarding claim for FD amount

My father nominated me for his bank fd .he was living with my elder brother.it was decided that after the death of father the amt will belong to me.but aftet the death of father , my elder br claimed for his share in fd in court . But court relesed the amt in my faviour. Now he has filed case in court for his share please advise me what to do now
Hello apne jo bhi win kiya uske acccording execution kyo nhi file kiya...or apke favour me order kb hua tha ...jo case apke brother ne dala h..uska kya status chl rha h

Don't worry kindly contest the case. based upon the facts of the case you must file your written statement and give the evidence of nomination papers in the court. At the time of nomination your father must have made you the nominee ,therefore on that basis you have been given the fixed deposit amount by bank. Therefore case filed by your brother is with ulterior motives.
