Dear Client,
In eye of law every individual has independent subsistence. Hence, one person`s property will not be attached for another`s debt. Hence, any asset, self purchased property of your wife , mother or siblings, will not be attached for legally enforceable liability related to your business in the event of recovery suit is initiated against you.

if the debt is in your personal name and if the property is in your family members name then there would no recovery could be taken against family members. now if your wife is the partner of your firm and if it registered then the debt is relating to such firm there will liability
