How to deal with wrong compliance report submitted in CAT

CAT was informed by respondant that compliance has been done of the court order and DPC found unfit to me as per criteria adopted by them.CAT accepted the respondants reply .In RTI for rules and benchmark applied,I found a wrong rule was applied by DPC for assessing the the fitness and not as as per DOPT order applicable. What should I do?
In a situation, where wrong statement has been given to the Court and the Court has relied upon and acted upon, the aggrieved person can file a review of that order against the same bench. The person should point out the lacunae before the Court in the petition.
